“Good flies and service. Minor issue when I log in as it always defaults to USA $ prices for goods and I can't see how to change. When have placed ordered, it does convert but only after paid. It would be good to see total in £s before place order and to routinely see prices in £s when log on.”

If you are based in the UK the site should automatically show in sterling for you, however if it is not, then if you go to the international pricing link at the bottom of the page on the site, you can choose the currency you wish to transact in. “When one item was back ordered I got a refund and also a compensation for waiting on delivery. Good customer service. However ,when sending flies I wish they would be delivered in a small box and not a plastic bag. All flies were completely flat upon delivery”

“Very prompt delivery. They sent me the same order twice in error which was fortunate as I was so impressed with the product that I had planned to order some more anyway. When I phoned to let them know what had happened and that I was happy to keep the second order they immediately gave me a 20% discount. Cant ask for better than that. Will definitely use them again.”
