“I used The Essential Fly for the range of materials available and the information about these on the website. Ordering via the website proved to be very difficult, worse it seems because I had ordered before but could not recall my password. I am quite computer literate but I did experience problems A 'phone call resolved everything and the lady I spoke with was friendly, professional and very efficient.”
