“Having been an EssentialFly customer for the past six years, although I am not a big customer (I only buy small orders) I am impressed by their total quality of service. The on-line purchasing system is easy to use, delivery is fast, the range and quality of flies are good and most importantly their customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue, which they treated seriously and resolved it immediately without question, what more could one ask.”

“If you ever get the chance, go visit Andy, Ann and the team in Selby. You'll get a warm welcome (maybe even tea and flapjack). They're such lovely people. And you'll get sound advise, good value and their range of products is amazing. The online service is safe, prompt and reassuringly informative with timely updates on your order progress.
