“Delivery time improved remarkably, well done. Price of flies still too high, usually buy elsewhere where they are as much as half the price of Essential Fly. Love the articles in the emails which I tend to keep but it would be so much more logical if they could be accessed via the website.”

“Having been an EssentialFly customer for the past six years, although I am not a big customer (I only buy small orders) I am impressed by their total quality of service. The on-line purchasing system is easy to use, delivery is fast, the range and quality of flies are good and most importantly their customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue, which they treated seriously and resolved it immediately without question, what more could one ask.”

“If you ever get the chance, go visit Andy, Ann and the team in Selby. You'll get a warm welcome (maybe even tea and flapjack). They're such lovely people. And you'll get sound advise, good value and their range of products is amazing. The online service is safe, prompt and reassuringly informative with timely updates on your order progress. They are the best because they work hard at being the best. They care about every customer and it shows.”
