“I bought the new semperfli bright red and watery green thread.i wasn't impressed by the red at all.it looked alot better in photos.i don't think it warrants the price.i will be using normal red as usual and getting twice as much per reel.basically disaappointed in semperflis new offering.”

“They had the full range of the flies that I was after unlike other suppliers who had a very limited range. Delivery by Royal Mail a bit slow .Not suppliers fault.”

“I have bought far amount of materials and tackle from Essential Fly over the years. They stock items that are not available elsewhere and their prices are reasonable. But the true measure of a business is the service you receive if you need to return items or have an issue, and they have been excellent in this regard, which is why I continue to use them.”

The items you are reffering to being out of stock were special order as shown on the site at time of order and in your basket at check out. As explained in our terms, we do rely on these special order suppliers to communicate with us to let us know their availability. We do carry massive stocks but we also offer a special order service for some items. We wonder if the items you are referring to here were special order?
