“You did great EF, just a pity about the courier who couldnt be bothered to call me to ask where my house is, despite the fact that he was parked right outside and I was waving at him. He just drove off. Consequently, delivery was 3 days later than it needed to be. I did complain to DHL or whoever it was, but hey ho............”

“Quick order turnaround. Perhaps better indication on the web site of items not available. I have ordered a number of times only to find some items unavailable. When you reorder you effectively pay double postage. Not meant as a negative criticism., hopefully you will be able to close that small loophole”
