“Placed an order during the Royal Mail strike. Working hand in glove with TEF they posted it out once things had returned to near normal. Excellent service. I ordered AHREX hooks and took advantage of the discounted offer. They really are very good hooks”

“I have always found Essential Fly a very friendly and efficient company with very competitive pricing for the most part and outstanding value for money for some items. On my last purchase order, I was short of a small part of the order but a phone call to the company was received with apologies and a promise that the shortfall would soon be on its way. Overall I have found Essential Fly to be one of the very best on line companies to do business with and like that it's staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.”

“The product and the service was excellent, however, I thought I ordered olive, I don't use green as such, I've had some health issues with my eyes (operation) this last month and I'm probably the guilty party, I'm sure The Essential Fly sent what I ordered, they are very efficient indeed, when I'm good, I'll chase it up. The material is excellent.”
