“The product and the service was excellent, however, I thought I ordered olive, I don't use green as such, I've had some health issues with my eyes (operation) this last month and I'm probably the guilty party, I'm sure The Essential Fly sent what I ordered, they are very efficient indeed, when I'm good, I'll chase it up. The material is excellent.”

“I ordered a fly line, in the sale, and given a refund as product was "unavailable" . Only to find that the line was advertised, and available, on their site, on the same day as refund, at a higher price. Poor practice to say the least. Not the first time sale items have not been available.”
