“I was delighted with the service from this firm. I drove down from York and apart from missing the turn ( and Simon came to the road to find me0 it was relatively easy to locate. The service, friendliness, staff and ambience of the place were of the highest order. The level of knowledge was also very good. My order once decided upon was put together and I was able to browse whilst this packed. Well worth a browse. I have never seen so many flies in one place. I should add that I found this firm from the web site. It has a most comprehensive selection on the web site as well Prices are very good and I would strongly recommend the Essential Ply to anyone who wishes to buy flies either from the site or shop”

“I rang for advice on a new trout reel and a gentleman gave me a model to use etc. The delivery as always came on time and I am delighted with the reel I just need to get on the water and try it out. All in all excellent service from beginning to end kind regards Phil Webster Lancashire”
