“During my correspondence to your sales staff especially Anne, she was more than helpful with emails on where I stood regarding my query. Eventually when my mind was made up I was kept up to date on my purchase. Even though this purchase had to be sourced from another party which delayed it coming to me I was again reassured and apologized to on more than one occasion for its late delivery which was not the fault of The Essential Fly. I would rate their customer service very highly and would highly recommend to others.”

“Ordered a special Colour Regal Vice, which had to come from USA. Ordered over Xmas - so took some time, but no fault of EF. Polite efficient service, with updates on progress of order- plus a stunning price! Thx- would thoroughly recommend.”
