“I purchased Veniard tying vice which was delivered within the seven to ten days delivery that was stated. The item was well packed so no damage caused in transit.Very satisfied with Essential Fly.”

“During my correspondence to your sales staff especially Anne, she was more than helpful with emails on where I stood regarding my query. Eventually when my mind was made up I was kept up to date on my purchase. Even though this purchase had to be sourced from another party which delayed it coming to me I was again reassured and apologized to on more than one occasion for its late delivery which was not the fault of The Essential Fly. I would rate their customer service very highly and would highly recommend to others.”
