“As always dealing with you is a pleasure. I forgot to order a couple of things and after a call we put on a new order to be shipped with the first. “Request from a customer to tie some special flies, Essential-Fly came to the rescue by having the materials I needed. There was no other firm could supply this material, non was available in the U.K. and was not being produced any more, the service was excellent, beautifully packed and arrived on the day quoted. “After having left a purchase at your stand on Sunday 2nd October 2016 at Fly Fest I contacted you to find out if the items purchased had been put to the side. Yes they had, I must comment on your customer care which was to the highest standard achievable. You should be proud of your organisation and the way in which you take the time and trouble to establish excellent customer relations. Other mail order fishing tackle companies really need to "take a leaf out of your book" however if you allow them to benchmark they may then take away your practices and procedures allowing them to become better. consequently reducing your market share. A special thanks to Sarah for her support, packaging of materials sent exacting and secure. Regards Colin”
