“This is a relatively small outlet on Ebay and elsewhere but their service and attention to detail in ensuring an excellent customer experience is second to none. When you perhaps cannot find something on the site or it is out of stock, it is always worth a chat with this company as they search elsewhere to meet specific requirements where possible. “You did great EF, just a pity about the courier who couldnt be bothered to call me to ask where my house is, despite the fact that he was parked right outside and I was waving at him. He just drove off. Consequently, delivery was 3 days later than it needed to be. I did complain to DHL or whoever it was, but hey ho............”
